Gender Equality Plan
EUROPA MUNDO VACACIONES, S.L.U. is committed to the principle of equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, applicable in the field of private employment and therefore has drafted three Equality Plans over the years, being the plan dated 2023-2027 the current equality plan.
These plans guarantee equal treatment and opportunities in access to employment, professional training, professional promotion, working conditions, including remuneration and dismissal. All Europamundo employees, without exception, are covered by them.
