TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT.
EMV wagers on training and internal promotion as mechanisms for creating potential and creativity.
Through our initiatives and ongoing training programs, we seek to contribute to developing our professionals and assuring the key profiles for the sustainability of our Company:
- Program of polyvalencea: in which all office workers and guides can get to know all of the company departments.
- Training in the Job: this overall program gives our employees international and multifunctional experience in other companies of the group.
- Workshops: practical workshops given by people of the EMV team (office, guides, etc.), to ensure the sharing of knowledge and skills, trades and arts that give us tools to be more capable, to be happier and therefore to be prepared to improve any aspects of our lives.
PAYMENT POLICY
Our payment policy is intended to attract, hold onto and motivate professional so that, between us all, we can face the challenges of transforming the sector.
Employees are paid in the form of economic compensation, but in EMV we believe it is also necessary to bear in mind the needs and realities of the team, whether these might be professional or personal, through what we call “Emotional Salary”. With the emotional compensation plan, we offer our staff other benefits in areas such as flexible timetables, workplace, balance between life and work, integration and feeling of belonging, volunteering and others which improve the climate, the commitment to and satisfaction with work, and increase initiative and creativity.
SAFETY AND PREVENTION
EMV wants to guarantee that all workers find healthy workplaces and incentives for promoting a healthy life inside and outside the workplace. Work safety, health and well-being are one of our main lines of action which we implement through the occupational risk prevention management system that guarantees the integration of health and safety with prevention criteria in the processes and services of all of our companies.
Different initiatives have been started up to encourage healthy habits among our employees, and certain particular ones such as giving up smoking, useful advice for eating for healthy hearts, prevention of diseases such as cancer, promotion of physical exercise, training in first aid, all as part of our “Health and Prevention Week”.
