The entire trip was fun , laughter and bliss. The tour guides did exceptionally well, especially from Paris to Zurich.

The trip was very organised and never felt too rushed. Was happy to have covered major tourist spots. The guides were very informative and helpful.

it was hassle free as tour guide was guiding us properly with the language that we are comfortable with and also shared us a chocolates during out last journey from each city that was a sweet gesture from all the tour guides cheers to all rene , veronica, deigo

The tour was very good. But we were stressed out by our travel agency Happy Faces/Trade Wings for they did not provide the return flight tickets which we have been fully paid to them. In return we shelled out additional money for our return flight tickets which were very costly because the flight schedule was too close already.

Stressed because because our travel agency Happy Faces/Tradewings failed to provide us the return flight tickets for our family eventhough we are fully paid. We had to book our tickets on our own, shelled our extra money that should have been used in our tour. We got the tickets with a high cost because the return flight was so close. We are very disappointed with Happy Faces Travel. We are trying to communicate with them for our refund but all their phones can’t be reached.

The tour was great as well as the tour guides especially Rafael and Guillermo. Thanks for the memorable experience.

It was fun and informative Tour. Tour guides were Very friendly especially EMMA from Spain. She accomodated us very well and provided our extra needs. She made our tours very convenient and an enjoyable experience. She US approachable and easy to get along with. She is the best Tour guide for me. Moreover, my fellow tourmates were very nice and friendly. They were punctual and professional. They conform with the scheduled itinerary accordingly. I miss them all. It was a blast.

The service provided by Europamundo is excellent. I travel first time with Europamundo and the experience was awesome. I would like to travel with Europamundo again. Thank you.
