The itinerary and the tour guides were great. The hotels were good value. The black mark on the trip was Europamundo got our arrival wrong and we were not met at the airport until about an hour after we arrived. Someone at europamundo found the error and hastily arranged a private contractor to take us to the hotel. There was no information or contact at the hotel until we phoned the emergency line and we were told that the bus was running late. These are small things that happen sometimes though and I would be happy to tour with europamundo in the future.
Everything was well planned and the voucher was very beneficial providing all the necessary and unnecessary details. Perfect

The document shared with us does not say how to identify the person at the airport. It becomes very harassing experience when you arrive at airport and there is no one to help you. It was purely by luck when we started asking each of the pick-up person if they know my travel agent company. Finally we were picked-up. Do you think you can win your customer with this kind of service? As per itinerary Day 1 was free. On Day 2 tour leader informed us to meet at 2:15 at hotel lobby. We got 5 mins late to reach to hotel lobby, the coach had left without any warning for us. We contacted tour leader on phone. First she said she contacted us on phone, we did not get any phone. She was kind enough to tell us that she can wait for 5 mins at some mid way and we should take taxi. Finally as we did not get taxi in next 10 mins. She asked us to reach boat point by Taxi. We finally made it at 3pm, schedule time for boat. No problem we were 5 mins late and so we did not complaint. Next day, Day 3, the coach was to leave at 7:30 but left only at 7:42 clearly to accommodate some passengers who were late. What a fair treatment to us. On day 4 the Coach arrived late by 10 mins. The point is to understand why she had to leave without us on day 2 at dot 2:15. She could have waited for 5 mins. Day 4 started with schedule 8:15. The coach arrive 10 mins late, after 7 mins of drive our walking had to start. Technically we were standing from 8:30 until 9:15 and then it was castle walking tour. At 12:00 we were left at astronomical clock as free time (which means walking and standing) until 13:40. the Guide comes at 13:45 tells us to walk until boat. We reach there by 14:10. He does not understand there is anything wrong with so much walking. My point is did we come for walking or enjoying the trip. After boat trip he tells us it is free time until 20:00 when the coach will be available for us at a distance of 800 meter. During this period we have to naturally walk, stand or sit (if we are lucky to find sitting place). This is very exhausting day. What kind of plan is this? In the service industry customer satisfaction is a critical measurement. How will you rate yourself with such an experience?
for point 2 and 3 the communication was very poor. It started with arrival at Budapest - it was not explained how I shall be received at the airport. The voucher of the service issued to me do not mention how I should recognize the pickup person at airport. When I inquired Makemytrip - the agency I booked this trip, told me that at the airport a person with their company sign will be waiting for me. I did not find the person for waiting at the airport in Budapest with makemytrip signage. I called all numbers in India and in Europe, finally to get answer that I must wait at the airport until 1 hour and half as mentioned in the voucher. Whereas the person with Europamundo sign was waiting from the time I arrived at the Airport. It was only when I started asking every person waiting there for pickup with some signage and then came to know that pick-up person from Europamundo was there but because of poor document and communication shared with me I could only find him after one hour of my arrival in Budapest. During this one hour I called so many numbers, felt harassed as either no one picked up the call or was able to tell me which sign I should look for. I spend almost USD 15 in this process. The prague itinerary on day 4 was disaster. We were made to walk so much that we felt tired. the information does not say how many kilometer we shall be walking. Based on which we could have decided to continue with rest of the day walking or not. Castel Quarter was very good, the guide (Eva) was excellent. Later we were to take a boat. To get to the boat your agent made us walk another 1.5 Km. After the boat trip he made us walk another 1 km and said the coach will be there at 8pm, now I do not understand that a tour starts at 8.15 am with walking until 12:00. After which we were told that we should assemble again at some point at 13:40 so that we can get to boat. Then we walk from there until 14:10. After which again we are told now it your free time (which means walk) as the coach will come at 8pm. We had selected a trip as vacation to enjoy and not for exercising. Do you think on a normal working day any person will walk for nearly 12 hours? That left us completely tired on day 4. Clearly no one has reported to you until now. Please let me know how you intend to compensate me for this poor service and improve this service for any future customer.
