The overall trip was quite satisfying. The last day when we had to visit Eiffel Tower could have been better. It would have been seamless if the tickets were booked online beforehand. The local tour guide made us wait for 4 hours in the line. The senior citizens were most impacted. Also, in general, he wasnt very polite. The breakfast at hotels could have been labelled for veg/non-veg food items considering quite a significant number of travellers were from India and vegetarians. They were finding it quite challenging. Also, it would have been better to include some more vegetarian items in the meal. One had to rely on oats and fruits only.

Europamundo organized a very nice, exciting and planned trip. Our trip was for 8 days and 9 nights. Every day was exciting and the way they organize things was exceptional. The circuit leaders were very well organized and knowledgeable about the trip. Our trip leaders Leonardo, Marcia, Patricia and Liones were exceptional and helped us in understanding our trip and about the various places we visited. The hotels booked by them were neat and comfortable. All their coaches were in good condition, and we didnt feel any discomfort. In all, we thank Europamundo for organizing us such a memorable trip and will surely recommend to my friends.

The trip is excellent if I ignore two things first your travel partner didnt tell me before I purchase the trip that in one transfer from Innsbruck to Zurich it was train but we go from bus so you should return the difference if you didnt informed before I purchase also no reply of my email I cc to you people also. Secound the bus use in one transfer from Prague, Munich Innsbruck was not the country to country ransfer bus I made the complain but no reply again so u have to justify this rest of your service like Toure guide timing placeless everything was excellent for next time for sure I want to go with your company.
