The hotels are kinda diaappointing, very far from city center. I suggest there will a little tour after arrival or guve us hotel bear the city centre aince it is free time. Gaitano and Patricia are very energetic and helpful. Hugo and Javier are less energetic as tour guides.

This was a basic “get a glance” trip to get a good taste of the places listed in the ad. Most of the Hotels are not centrally located,but taking public transportation was doing. I was not given the name and address of our first hotel and by the time it was,we were on the road. Then we were told the agency canceled our trip. Thank goodness the tour guide eventually added us back into the tour. Breakfasts were all very good. Hotels had the basic emenities. This is a good little trip to get a quick tast of each country. Nothing more.

The tour by Europamundo was very organized from the beginning to end. Thank you for it I just wish that we could spend one night in Rothernbug as it was very beautiful. I appreaciate all the free times we have. Our guide Hugo Diaz was helpful and nice.

The places we have been to are all worth it.the itinerary crafted for us was well- thought-out.Iwas particularly impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the tour guides.our trip was never a dull moment with Carmen Patricia.The bus drivers are also awesome.Over all , our trip to Eastern Europe was truly memorable.I will not hesitate to recommend your service to family and friends .Thank you on ce again for the fantastic experience.

It was a great experience Everything was great about it.

On the whole, the trip was good, the tour guide was good. I have been transferred to another group on the last three days of the tour which did not make any sense to me. I travelled alone and have made several friends and suddenly got transferred, I felt alone. Also, the tour agency should make sure that all tour guides are trained to advise passengers that they are not allowed to reserve seats with their bags on the bus. I was the 5th person to go up to the bus but all the seats were reserved with bags or hats. This is being disrespectful towards the people who are travelling alone. I ended up in the back of the bus even though I was on the bus early as I had no luggage except for a backpack. One kind gentleman swopped seats with me due to my motion sickness in the back of the bus.It should be mandatory that people need to stand in line to board the bus systematically and not be allowed to reserve seats for their group. Also, seniors should be allowed to board first. The hotel in Frankfurt at Mercure was disappointing, we had no hot water in the showers for the night. Hot water only came back on at 7am the next morning.I look forward to joining another tour with Europamundo in the near future.Thank you for an exciting vacation.

From start to finish , the experience was nothing short but exceptional , and I am thrilled with the services provided by your company . The iterinery crafted was truly outstanding . My family also want to commend , our Guide , Patricia for being so accommodating . Your dedication to ensuring our satisfaction and enjoyment did not go unnoticed. I found the itinerary perfect, gave us enough of a taste of each area-and allowed time to also explore on our own, We did hit a snafu, with participants on the tour not returning back to bus in the allotted time, which caused us to have less time in other areas. Participants blamed the tour guide, but neither were at fault. Matheus sp? was excellent and kept us up to date on all changes. Javier the second leg for us was also excellent, unfortunately participants blamed him for lack of time in some areas- but once again, we had to return to collect participants that missed the bus, and also made an extra stop for an ill passenger. upon which, half the bus decided to optimize on this extra stop.. WE were completely satisfied with the tour and guides/ and will be looking forward to booking with Europamundo again.

It was well organised trip. Very early morning time departure sometimes is only concern but it was necessary to cover all sightseeing. Very cooperative guides.we will travelled twice with europomundo and will do it again.Thanks

Overall tour was good but requires improvement in pick and drop services and also hotel quality may improve. Tour guides Patricia and Rene were helpful and cooperative. Bus service must have wi-fi which was missing. Should believe the customer after providing much evidence that Europomunda did not give our taxi fare from Viena airport to the hotel given by the agency. The transport receiver person must stand with PLAYCARD.
