- Tour Experience: I went on a tour across Spain, France, Italy, and Switzerland. - Itinerary: The itinerary covered 3-4 cities per country, with at least 4-5 days in each. It allowed for a good balance of visiting major tourist attractions and having some free time for personal exploration and shopping. - Transportation: The transportation was a large bus with around 40 people. Some buses had sockets for charging, while others did not. The restrooms on the bus were locked, but there were regular stopovers for bathroom breaks. Unfortunately, some fellow passengers were inconsiderate—taking loud calls on FaceTime, watching videos without earphones, and generally being noisy when others just wanted to rest. These disruptive passengers were often part of large family groups of 10 or more, and the guide had to remind them several times to be more respectful. - Hotels: The hotels were mostly clean and spacious, but many were located in remote areas, far from restaurants, shopping, or the city center. This often meant a 30-minute ride to reach the center, leading to expensive Uber fares for the round trip. - Tour Guides: The tour guides were generally knowledgeable. Julie, from my Spain tour, was my favorite. She added humor and provided extra information beyond typical tourist facts. Raid, from the Switzerland and Italy tours, was punctual and authoritative, which I appreciated. However, Isolda, our guide in Paris, was new and didn’t offer much insightful information. She often seemed rushed and lacked depth in her explanations. On one occasion, I asked her about a historical term, and she had to Google it in front of me, which was disappointing. - Overall Experience: Overall, the experience was good, but there are areas that could use improvement, particularly in terms of hotel locations and guiding consistency.

Europamundo tour was great. Well guided and planned. Tour guide where good. Special thanks to Sofi. She was great in her interpersonal skills. Even Raid in Italy was good. I felt safe and guided through my trip. Thanks Europamundu

Europamundo is highly recommended, we started in spain until rome and i would say everything was fanstastic, location of hotel are accessible to food areas, the guides were all accomodating and helpful, but i want to give special mention to javier our guide from paris to Switzerland, fantastic guide, made the tour more exciting and fun, his recomendations are superbs, his additional info are so helpful, when we were with a local guide in paris he would still try to signal by hand gestures the locations the local guide is explaining, making me understand more what the local guide was pointing out, his so passionate with his work, hopefully I could join his tour in the future, as for eva so energetic, cheerful and helpful, they even had a contest for us in pisa, to take photo and they will judge the best photo, so fun, I Love her, overall i would recommend europamundo to friends and family and will definetly be back, extending out thanks to all of you for making our 1st europe trip a memorable one. It was a value for money tour all the inclusions on the itinerary were fulfilled.

I found the itinerary has extensive travel by coach. Long duration travel could be considered by air. time for sightseeing needs to be enhanced. please include a train journey also. Overall a very good tour. Thanks. Ravi

All the days of our tours the tour guide was very exemplary Especially LINUS

We got 2 black points in this tour 1. The punctuality was not exactly the strong point, the situation was more in Paris with a group of Indu, every si god day morning and afternoon, we were late 30 minutes other day 1 hour, the rest of the group have to wait and we missed time to visit other things only because we have to wait for them. I think the guy was not enough strong with them. 2. The minibus used to bring us from Zurich to Milan and from Milan to Pisa, it was very very uncomfortable, we did not fix in the chair, it was the worst transportation, imagine how was the situation that me and my group decided no continue the tour because we dont want to travel another 6 hours to Roma in that minicar. I never received the information that we were traveling in a very small and bad car.
