The whole tour was exceptional from start to finish. Each destination that we went to from Spain and Portugal felt like an adventure; truly a vacation to remember Would definitely recommend our wonderful tour guide Alba Romero Amores, who was very friendly and outgoing throughout the whole trip. Though one flaw was from the pick up at the start of our tour where there had been some form of miscommunication they instructed in the email that we would be picked up inside the station, but was later told by the driver that we had to go to them. Our luggage was very heavy and it became a bit of a problem since we didn’t exactly know where he was. The driver later said that they were never told to go inside

The trip in Spain and Portugal was wonderful . We had a great time. Our guide Ms. Alba Romero Amores was very friendly and knowledgeable to the places we visited. We highly recommend her and hopefully she will still be our guide in our future travels.

Especially Senorita Alba Romero Amores. She were knowledgeable and engaging, providing insightful information about each destination. Highly recommended. We hope she will still be our tour guide in our future travels with Europamundo. - Only concern was our transfer from Madrid train station to hotel were the driver did not go to the designated meeting point and we walk with our luggages to the parking lot which was very far from the adviced meeting point.

The trip has been perfect.

Overall the whole tour was well run. I have a suggestion though - the participants shd be given a bottle of water every day of the entire duration of trip.

The tour was well-organised the guide Ajit was very professional. At the Hotel Roma in Lisbon, we were given a room next to the railway track. It would be impossible for us to sleep what with the noise from the tracks so we requested for a change of room which the kind receptionist obliged.And theres no coffee machine at the buffet spread. Thats disappointing. The best part about these hotels is the bed- its very comportable n this is super important to have a good rest. Of course the Hilton Gaia Porto is the best of all, on all counts :

Great overall trip.

Overall, the trip was excellent, the local guide provided interesting local anecdotes. However we are a bit unsure why the hotel in general did not have tea/coffee making facility, which is normal in Australia.

The tour guide was great.

Your staff drivers and guides is brilliant They are planned, super sweet and helpful I liked that the tour gave us enough time to spend on our own and also let us see major highlights of a city.
