The first day arriving in Paris, no one meet me and my wife at orly airport as promised flight was on time. A van came shortly after I called your tour service. An email prior to May 31st said the hotel was Mercure Paris Versalles expo, The van dropped us off at Novotel DItalie. Thinking it was the wrong hotel, I took a taxi 35 euros with tip to the Mercure Hotel, The front desk said I had not reservation, but called your tour company up and said it was indeed the Novotel hotel. After another 345 euro taxi ride, We checked in. I received an email June 1st from your company day after I checked in informing me Novotel was the hotel. If the email of June first was sent before May 31, a lot aggravation and expense could have been avoided. If your company does not offer to reimburse the 70 euros say 75, I will not give my friends a good review when they ask about the trip
Our family enjoyed the tour very much. We visited a lot of interesting places . Although there were instances that the group we have joined in the bus were not so good and nasty, but that’s beyond the control of the tour operator.
