The energy and professional knowledge of the most of the guides. Excellent and professional drivers. Amazing way to drive thru cities and mountains. And the most of all the hotels were more than expected. However ALL your personnel should know how to guide clients when something unexpected happened as lost or stolen passport Pls add it with your instructions or suggestions. Also, guide should accept us at any stop point after get the new one and with our luggage too.

there were so many historical sites and known stops you just read about that were added to this tour. the pace was fast and there was a lot of walking ..it may be hard on an older market as there were steps and inclines but when you do it ,what you see at the end of it all was majestic, memorable and worth it. The breakfast at each hotel was fulfilling and with a wide variety. The tour guides were knowledgeable and communicated well.

I’m really happy that we opted to take a guided tour with Europamundo. There are several best parts 1. We were taken to several pretty cool places, which we may not have visited on our own 2. The guides gave us ample information about each place we visited 3. Guides, particularly, Emanuele and Ivan were amazing - friendly, informative, accommodating and treated us very well The issue was, of course, no fault of yours, weather was pretty hot - which was expected. Since it is a vacation, we would like to take it a little easy but, most mornings we had to be in the bus by 7:30 am after breakfast. I wish this was pushed out by an hour to 8:30 am. Also, most places we would reach past 7:30 and most shops and places were closed by then. It would have helped a little, from comfort standpoint, if we had used trains instead of buses. We could have stretched a little, possibly used catering cabins, etc. Another option to consider for future - it would really be great if you had WiFi option and phone charging options only one of the buses we travelled had phone charging option Overall, a pretty good experience and we would most likely do it again. Kudos to all the guides and drivers, especially, Emanuele, Ivan and Fran not sure if his name was Fran or Frank, sorry about it the driver.

We were able to get a sample taste of places starting from Madrid to Rome. We were awestruck at the wonders of certain places, where we may not go on our own to explore. Though the time allotted was limited in certain places, we still enjoyed. Have to specially mention the guides the bus drivers Pedro… Our guides were Emmanuel, Evan, Gabriella were all friendly, caring very helpful. Special shout out to Evan Emmanuel. Though Evan is new to the job, he was so helping, kind did his job well. We had a good experience with the guides the overall experience was good. Will I do this again? Yes, I will.

This tour was a very nice opportunity to discover a lot of places within short period of time. For me personally, coming far from Mauritius I really enjoyed along with my friend, made some wonderful memories and met some amazing people who made the trip more fun. Special thanks to Emmanuel, Ivan Gabriella for their help and kindness...really appreciate.

I liked the ability to customize the trip, rather than be stick with a stiff schedule/route. This flexibility allowed for me to choose exactly which cities we wanted to see. My family and I were very lucky because we had the same driver and guide, Juan Carlos and Pedro, for the entirety of our trip, and they were both fantastic.
