The places that we visited were good. The local guides were excellent. We felt that one of our guides spent more time with the Spanish-speaking part of our group than the English-speaking part of the group. Makes sense, I guess, since Eurapumondo is a Spanish company. My wife and I prefer to be held by the hand more on our tours so we preferred the tour parts with a local guide. I am sure some of the folks really liked being on their own for two to three hours. The bus did have Internet available but that info was not shared with the passengers. I would have liked a bus with USB ports at every seat. Steve Hewitt was an excellent driver. Some of our hotels did not have A/C and were downgraded for that. All the breakfasts were the same. One group dinner started at 8 PM and we got our entree at 9:30 PM. The other group dinner also started at 8 PM and we got our entree at 9 PM.

My trip was England, Scotland and Ireland ending in Dublin. This was an amazing trip I am so pleasantly satisfied with Europamundo. Our tour was in Spanish and English and part also in Portuguese. Although our guides were Spanish-speakers they did a great job at translating and making sure that the English-speakers understood and were involved Belen, one of our guides was excellent, there were a couple of instances where some travelers were being difficult and she handled the situation like a complete professional. This made me so much more at ease and comfortable, knowing that we had a mother-hen was very comforting. I will definitely use Europamundo again on my next adventure
