Generally the tour was good but here is some feedback that might help you improve the experience for future Customers. The included dinner at the CAMPANILE MARTIGNY was disgusting, the lifts in the hotel were not fit for purpose and having walked up 4 flights of stairs to find the door at the top locked was very annoying along with being a safety risk for the restaurant Generally Eva was good but on occasion she forgot how long it took people at the back of the bus to get off and she was already gone. The Driver was awesome on those roads. MOVENPICK Hotel reception advised me that I should have requested a non smoking room in advance. Had they not upgraded me the other option was sleep in the bus as I would not have been able to sleep in that smoke ridden room

The Tour Director, Marilia, was great as well as the Itinerary. I would have preferred a more detailed walking tour of the Old Town of Geneva as well as a stop in Montreux. Negative comment: the people on the bus talked all the time even when the Tour Director was translating into English. Also, they ate on the bus and made a mess and they drank coffee and one person spilled it on the seats. Europamundo should be more strict with its rules. Otherwise, the trip was great. The trip was quite enjoyable. I really liked the bus rides through the scenic natural landscapes as well as the historical cities.

It was a very good experience overall. While the locations were, of course, wonderful, the tour agency played a major part in making the trip wonderful for me.

We liked very much the snowy mountains at Glaciers 3000. Our guide, Juan Manuel was so helpful and guided us well throughout the tour.

Strengths - The ability to see so much of Switzerland in a short period of time plus meeting tourists from many other countries. Weaknesses - 1 The tour guide, David refused to assist me with how to get transported from drop off hotel in Zurich to my hotel. There was poor understanding and much confusion by all the tourists as to what the hotel option even was when we returned to Zurich. 2 The hotel in Chiasso was very poor and not located near any real food options. Do not understand why this hotel was even used since there is nothing to tour in Chiasso. 3 The hotels were not finalized until just a few days before my departure.

Glacier experience

The tour guide Mr rafaele and also the locations were very good .the breakfast at some hotels was not up to the mark

The trip was well organised and the two guides - Spanish/Portugese and English - were very good, giving us adequate information and assistance. Overall, a most enjoyable visit.
