Tour: 1. The use of two languages tended to be somewhat confusing, especially since some of the tour guides spoke with a heavy accent in their English version. 2. The PA system on the bus were bad The voices of the travel guides were quite “muffled” and hard to understand. A lot of information had to be repeated. 3.While most of the accommodations were pretty good, a couple of them were not that great, particularly in Sighisora and in Venice Mestre Hotel Delfine

18 May... Europamundo app doesnt work offline. Kazanlak rose valley journey was beautiful. The first stop at rose product shop was...long queue/wait as there was one toilet. Suggest to have a stopover at rose vally farm and factory where rose products are made. lunch at Itar was good. 2 hours at Itar Open air musem is not required. Its childrens park. And all tourists are elder/old. 1905... Bucharest local guide mirisliva was excellent.good knowledge and very nice explanation 2005... Bucharest sighisoara bus was not well conditioned... No charging points at seat.Mike for guide was not working properly 2105....we reached Timisoara hotel around 9 pm. It would have been better if could have reached earlier to explore Timisoara 2305 Belgrade to Sarajevo bus Mike was not good. So guide was inaudible 2405 Sarajevo is beautiful and mix of many cultures. 2 hours city toor including time from bus and back to bus is less. Can be increased and give free time tourists . Same guide doing Spanish and English translation...so more time taken . Most of the time Bus reached around 8:15/30 pm. And dinner was till 9 only. Guides : Bliyana and Egor were good. Local guide mirisliva at Bucharest was excellent
