Welcome to Europamundo! We’ll transfer you to the hotel and you’ll have some free time. In the afternoon, you’ll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.
IMPORTANT: Please note that hotel check-in time is typically at 14:00 p.m. If you need early room access, consider booking an additional night at the start of your trip.
If you have booked additional nights, your room will be prepared upon arrival, but your trip guide will generally only contact you when the scheduled activities begin. At reception, you’ll find a sign with contact details and assistance hours for our staff. Until the tour begins, your schedule is free, and the hotel staff can assist with any inquiries.
Optional activities: During your trip, your guide may offer optional activities. We recommend booking these activities well in advance through the Europamundo app or your "My Trip" link to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings may result in limited availability (e.g., tickets, coach seats).

Copenhagen- Rostock- Szczecin.-
Total distance covered: 423 km.
Scenery: hills, cultivated lands, forests.
08.00 hrs. - Copenhagen. Departure after breakfast.
10.15 hrs. – Gedser. We will make a stop in this small town, the southernmost of Scandinavia.
11.00 hrs. (approx.) - We take a modern ferry to Germany. Two-hour journey through the Baltic Sea, we suggest having lunch on the ship.
13.15 hrs. - Rostock, arrival and time for a walk in this city, the largest German port of the Baltic. His old town has a lot of life highlighting the market square, the City Council and the St. Mary´s Church.
15.00 hrs. - Rostock, departure. We continue our route to Poland through the Pomerania region.
18.30 hrs. - Szczecin, arrival in the evening to this historic university city on the banks of the ODER that has a pleasant historical center, highlighting the Castle of the Princes of Pomerania and the terraces next to the river. Free time for a walk.
Szczecin- Bydgoszcz- Torun- Warsaw.-

08.00 HRS- Szczecin - After breakfast will cross calm regions of western Poland (which were part of Germany until the end of World War II).
12.00 hrs. - Bydgoszcz. Time for a walk and lunch in this historical city known for its architectural beauty in its historic center, its parks and its channels (which connect the Vistula River with the Oder).
14.00 hrs. - We continue our route.
15.00 hrs. - Torun, arrival in this walled Gothic city with a magnificent historic center, declared a World Heritage by UNESCO, where Copernicus was born. If you want, you can visit his museum-house. Time for a walk.
17.00 hrs. - Torun, departure.
20.30 hrs. - Warsaw, arrival in the capital of Poland at the end of the day.
Warsaw
09:00 a.m. – After breakfast, we’ll embark on a two-and-a-half-hour panoramic tour of Warsaw with a local guide. Home to nearly two million people, this political and economic hub boasts a blend of modern architecture and meticulously restored historic buildings. We’ll explore the charming Old Town, with its 17th and 18th-century structures, the remnants of the medieval wall, St. John’s Cathedral, the Royal Palace, and its cobbled streets, all carefully rebuilt after World War II and now a World Heritage Site.
We’ll also visit the Palace of Culture, a skyscraper gifted by the Soviet Union, reflect on the history of the largest Jewish ghetto in Europe, and stroll through Lazienki Park, where the Chopin monument is located.
You’ll have free time in the afternoon to visit museums, such as the National Museum and the Warsaw Rising Museum, or to explore the lively city center filled with shops and activities.
Warsaw- Olsztynek- Elblag Kanal- Malbork- Gdansk.-
Total distance covered: 385 km
Scenery: farmland dotted with numerous lakes and forests. Typical brick architecture in the North, Baltic coast.
08.00 hrs- After breakfast we leave for the north of Poland.
10.30 hrs- Olsztynek – Arrival in this town that seems to transport us back in time. We visit the park-museum of popular architecture (admission included) and we can admire the wooden houses, the old mills or a traditional church.
12.30 hrs- Olsztynek. Departure.
13:45 hrs.- Elblag. We make a stop to see the longest navigable canal in Poland. We will visit the museum located in an area where boats are dragged on dry land to overcome unevenness on rails.
14:45 hrs.- Elblag- departure.
15:45 hrs.- Malbork. Once in the region of Pomerania, we will visit the impressive castle (admission included, green circuit), one of the largest medieval castles in Europe built in the 13th century by the Teutonic order and which has been declared a World Heritage Site.
17.30 hrs- Malbork, departure-
18:30 hrs- Gdansk - the old Danzig - in the evening. Its historic center is amazing and full of animation and life, we suggest you don´t miss a walk at night.
Gdansk- Sopot- Ferry.-
Total distance covered: 25 km
Note: you will spend the night on the ferry. Remember to bring a small bag with everything you might need for the night. Take your documentation with you, we enter Sweden.
Note: We recommend bringing a jacket to enjoy the ferry deck.
08.30 hrs. - After breakfast with our guide we will go to the European Solidarity Centre, an immense contemporary building that reminds us of the history of the “solidarity union” that marked the beginning of the fall of the Soviet Union, highlighting the monument to the fallen workers. After that we will include the admission to the Second World War Museum, this impressive museum, inaugurated in 2017, reminds us that between 3 and 6 million people died in Poland during that terrible war. Then we will have time for a walk in the historic center.
12:30 hrs- Gdansk, departure.
13:00 hrs.- Sopot - Arrival and time for a walk and lunch in this elegant spa city with a large beach on the Baltic Sea with lots of life. Its wooden pier is one of the longest in Europe and offers great views over the Bay of Gdansk.
17:30 hrs. - Sopot – We will depart to the port of Gdynia and take our modern night ferry (cruise characteristics) to go to Sweden. Scheduled departure is at 19:30 hrs. Accommodation in cabins (breakfast included).
Ferry- Karlskrona- Vastervik- Stockholm.-
Total distance covered: 503 km.
06.30 hrs (approx)- Karlskrona. Arrival in the south of Sweden after the pleasant journey. We continue our trip.
10.30 hrs- Vastervik, time to get to know this charming town by the sea and with a beautiful historic center.
12.00 hrs- Vastervik, departure. Between lakes and forests we continue towards the north.
15:30 hrs.- Stockholm - arrival in the capital of Sweden, a beautiful city that extends over fourteen islands in the Baltic Sea archipelago connected to each other by numerous bridges and ferries. Stockholm is known for its rich history, stunning architecture and its combination of modernity and tradition. Free time in the afternoon. We recommend having a walk through the historic center and visiting its museums and parks.
Stockholm
Today we’ll embark on a panoramic tour of this beautiful capital city, built on 14 interconnected islands. We’ll visit Gamla Stan, also known as the “the city between bridges”, the lively old quarter filled with monumental buildings such as the Nobel Prize Museum, located right beside the main square of Stortorget which honors Nobel Prize winners, the Cathedral, and the Royal Palace. Whenever possible, we’ll enjoy the stunning views from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Afterwards, you’ll have leisure time to explore. We recommend visiting the museums and parks. Optionally, you can visit the City Hall and the Vasa Museum.
Stockholm - Helsingborg - Helsingor - Copenhagen
Total distance covered: 595 km.
Scenery: Large lakes and forests, with a ferry crossing to Denmark.
07:30 a.m. - Departure from Stockholm. We’ll journey through southern Sweden, enjoying the landscapes along the way.
02:30 p.m. - Arrival in Helsingborg, a lively city in southern Sweden on the Baltic coast. Here, we’ll have time for lunch and a leisurely stroll before taking a brief 20-minute ferry ride to Denmark.
04:30 p.m. (approximately) - Helsingør, Denmark. Enjoy some free time in this charming city, famously known as Hamlet’s home, with the magnificent Kronborg Castle, which you can photograph from the outside. We’ll then proceed to our final destination, Copenhagen.
06:45 p.m. - Copenhagen.
Note: During holidays or conferences, we may stay in Malmö, a Swedish city located 25 km from Copenhagen and connected by a stunning suspension bridge.
Copenhagen
07:30 a.m. – In the morning, we’ll enjoy a panoramic city tour with a local guide of the Danish capital, known for its exceptional quality of life, commitment to sustainability and rich cultural life. We’ll see The Little Mermaid, Nyhavn harbor with its colorful historic buildings, the exterior of Amalienborg Palace, home to the Danish royal family, the Town Hall Square, and the Tivoli Park area. You’ll also have free time to explore at your leisure. The tour will end at around 09:30 a.m., after which you’ll have time to explore the city at your own pace.
After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
Note: Please be aware that the hotel check-out time is usually 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in reception upon check-out, allowing you to explore the city without carrying your bags. You can retrieve your luggage at your convenience later in the day. If you require additional time to use your room, we recommend booking an extra night at the end of your tour.
