Welcome to Mexico! Upon arrival, we’ll provide a transfer to the hotel, after which you will have free time. Our guide will contact you late in the afternoon.
IMPORTANT: If you requested additional nights, your room will be ready upon arrival at the hotel, but your trip guide will only contact you when the included activities begin. Until then, you’ll have free time to enjoy at your leisure.

Mexico City - Teotihuacan - Mexico City
Total distance covered: 90 km.
Scenery: We will travel through the central highlands of Mexico, between urban areas and semi-arid fields, until we reach the imposing plain where the pyramids of Teotihuacán stand, framed by hills and maguey vegetation.
08.45 a.m. Mexico City – Departure after breakfast. We will begin our tour with a brief stop at the Plaza de las Tres Culturas, where pre-Hispanic vestiges, colonial architecture and modern elements converge. We will continue towards the northeast until we reach one of the most emblematic archaeological sites in the country.
10:30 a. m. Teotihuacan (entrance included) – Arrival. We will explore the ancient sacred city, declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site. We will visit the majestic Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, the temple of Quetzalpapálotl, the citadel and the Avenue of the Dead. We will also visit a craft center where we will learn about ancient techniques for making obsidian and other typical materials.
Teotihuacan – Departure, back to the capital. Before returning to Mexico City, we will make a special visit to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Patroness of America and main pilgrimage center on the continent, where we will contemplate its modern architecture and the original cloak of Lady of Guadalupe.
Return to the hotel and rest of the day free.

Mexico City - Tepoztlan - Cuernavaca - Taxco
Total distance covered: 201 km.
Scenery: We’ll travel through central Mexico, crossing fertile valleys, forested mountains, and colorful colonial towns. The route takes us through three states: Mexico City, Morelos, and Guerrero.
08:30 a.m. – Departure from Mexico City. We’ll leave the capital behind and head to the state of Morelos on a journey that blends spirituality, history, and colonial elegance.
10:00 a.m. – Tepoztlan. Arrival in this "Pueblo Mágico" (Magical town), surrounded by mountains and known for its mystical atmosphere and deep connection with nature. You’ll have time to explore the artisan market, wander along cobbled streets, or enjoy a traditional local drink like tepache or pulque. The silhouette of the Tepozteco Hill, crowned by a small pre-Hispanic pyramid (not included in the visit), dominates the landscape.
11:00 a.m. – Departure from Tepoztlan. We’ll continue toward the capital of Morelos, a city known for its spring-like climate and rich history.
11:45 a.m. – Cuernavaca. Arrival in the "City of Eternal Spring” a favorite retreat since pre-Hispanic times. You may visit the Palace of Cortés, one of the oldest colonial buildings in Mexico, and the Cuernavaca Cathedral, once part of a historic monastic complex.
Free time for lunch and to enjoy its plazas, gardens, and blooming parks.
03:00 p.m. – Departure from Cuernavaca. Our journey continues into the state of Guerrero, along mountain roads that lead us to a truly enchanting destination.
04:30 p.m. – Taxco. Arrival in what is considered one of the most beautiful "Pueblos Mágicos" in Mexico. This hillside town is famous for its colonial architecture, steep cobblestone streets, and silver craftsmanship. We’ll admire the breathtaking Santa Prisca Parish, a gem of New Spanish Baroque, and enjoy free time to stroll through the historic center, shop for silver, and soak in the bohemian ambiance of this mountain town.
Note: On certain dates, due to high hotel occupancy, accommodation may take place in Chilpancingo. In such cases, we’ll depart from Taxco later in the afternoon.

Taxco – Chilpancingo – Acapulco
Total distance covered: 245 km.
Scenery: We’ll travel through the heart of the mountains of the state of Guerrero, along winding roads, green hills, and deep valleys, making our way from colonial towns to the golden beaches of the Mexican Pacific.
08:30 a.m. – Departure from Taxco. We’ll leave this colonial gem behind and continue our journey towards warmer, coastal lands, passing through dramatic mountain landscapes that highlight the geographic diversity of Guerrero.
11:00 a.m. – Chilpancingo de los Bravo. Arrival in the state capital, a city that reflects the rhythm of everyday life in Mexico, away from the more traditional tourist routes. Our guide will accompany us to the Regional Museum, where powerful murals illustrate key moments in Mexico’s history—from the pre-Hispanic era to the struggle for Independence.
12:00 p.m. – Departure from Chilpancingo. We’ll continue descending towards the Pacific coast, through landscapes filled with palm trees, sugarcane fields, and tropical breezes.
01:30 p.m. – Acapulco. Arrival in this iconic international tourist destination, which rose to fame in the 1950s and 60s and still shines as a symbol of sun, sea, and Mexican joy. Free time to relax at one of its most popular beaches, with plenty of seaside dining options and stunning views.
In the afternoon, we’ll visit the San Diego Fortress (tickets and guided tour included), a striking 17th-century structure built to defend the port from pirate attacks. With its star-shaped architecture and historical museum, the site offers fascinating insights into the region’s maritime and military past. After the visit, we’ll head out to the hotel.
Free time to enjoy the rest of the day.

Acapulco - Zihuatanejo
Total distance covered: 234 km.
Scenery: We’ll follow the Mexican Pacific coastline, passing through tropical jungles, mountains that descend into the sea, and small coastal villages. The route offers a vibrant blend of sunlight, lush vegetation, and ocean views.
08:30 a.m. – Departure from Acapulco. We’ll leave behind this legendary beach destination and travel north along the Pacific Coastal Highway, crossing warm and lush landscapes.
01:00 p.m. – Zihuatanejo. Arrival in this charming coastal town that still retains the soul of a traditional fishing village. With its cobbled streets, laid-back vibe, and strong connection to the sea, Zihuatanejo offers an authentic atmosphere that sets it apart from more urbanized beach locations.
We’ll enjoy a short boat ride (approximately 10 minutes) to reach Playa de las Gatas, a secluded bay known for its calm, crystal-clear waters—perfect for relaxing. Accessible only by sea, the beach takes its name from the “gatas,” a type of fish once common in the area. You’ll have free time to swim, relax, and enjoy lunch at one of the many Beachfront restaurants offering fresh seafood and local specialties.
Afterward, we’ll return by boat to Zihuatanejo, where we’ll check into our hotel.
Free time to stroll along the boardwalk, browse local handicraft shops, or simply enjoy the coastal ambiance.
Note: On high-demand dates, due to limited hotel availability, we may travel later in the afternoon to the city of Lázaro Cárdenas for overnight accommodation.

Zihuatanejo - Janitzio - Patzcuaro

Scenery: We’ll leave behind the Pacific coast and cross semi-arid regions as we enter the state of Michoacan, where the landscape transforms into green mountains, tranquil lakes, and villages steeped in Indigenous heritage.
08:30 a.m. – Departure from Zihuatanejo. We’ll begin our journey inland, traveling from the ocean toward one of the most emblematic lakes in Mexico.
12:45 p.m. – Lake Patzcuaro. We’ll board a boat for a 30-minute ride across this sacred lake, a site deeply revered in Purepecha culture and surrounded by islands and ancestral legends.
01:45 p.m. – Janitzio Island. Arrival in this iconic island in Michoacan, home to the Purepecha community that proudly preserves its traditions, including the famed butterfly-shaped fishing nets. You’ll have time to enjoy lunch at a traditional restaurant, stroll along cobbled streets, visit local artisan workshops, or, if you wish, climb to the top of the monumental statue of José María Morelos, a hero of Mexican independence, offering panoramic views of the lake.
03:45 p.m. – Departure from Janitzio. We’ll return by boat to the mainland pier.
05:45 p.m. – Patzcuaro. Arrival in one of Mexico’s most beautiful towns, where pre-Hispanic roots blend with colonial architecture. With its peaceful atmosphere, vibrant artisan markets, and deep cultural richness, Patzcuaro is a truly unforgettable destination.

Pátzcuaro - Morelia - Cuitzeo - Mexico City

Scenery: We’ll travel across Mexico’s central plateau, passing through agricultural landscapes, traditional towns, and views of lakes and mountains. A day filled with history, colonial architecture, and natural beauty.
08:30 a.m. – Departure from Patzcuaro. We’ll leave this charming Purepecha city behind and head toward the state capital, following a route that highlights the best of Michoacán’s colonial legacy.
09:30 a.m. – Morelia. Arrival in the state capital, considered one of Mexico’s most stunning colonial cities and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Known for its elegant pink-stone architecture, Morelia’s historic center is both harmonious and monumental. You’ll have free time to stroll through the refined Plaza de Armas, admire the magnificent Baroque Cathedral, and discover historic corners throughout the city. Founded in 1540, its university is one of the oldest in the Americas. Free time to enjoy lunch and explore the city’s rich culinary scene.
02:00 p.m. – Departure from Morelia. We’ll continue toward the shores of one of Mexico’s most important lakes.
02:45 p.m. – Cuitzeo del Porvenir. Arrival in this Pueblo Mágico (Magical town), located by the country’s second-largest lake, offering a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. If you wish, you can visit the Ex-Convent of Santa María Magdalena, a magnificent 16th-century Plateresque-style complex with a well-preserved cloister and religious spaces. Alternatively, enjoy free time to wander its cobbled streets and admire its traditional architecture.
03:45 p.m. – Departure from Cuitzeo. We’ll begin our journey back to the nation’s capital.
