Welcome to Mexico! Upon arrival, we’ll provide a transfer to the hotel, after which you will have free time. Our guide will contact you late in the afternoon.
IMPORTANT: If you requested additional nights, your room will be ready upon arrival at the hotel, but your trip guide will only contact you when the included activities begin. Until then, you’ll have free time to enjoy at your leisure.

Mexico City - Teotihuacan - Mexico City
Total distance covered: 90 km.
Scenery: We will travel through the central highlands of Mexico, between urban areas and semi-arid fields, until we reach the imposing plain where the pyramids of Teotihuacán stand, framed by hills and maguey vegetation.
08.45 a.m. Mexico City – Departure after breakfast. We will begin our tour with a brief stop at the Plaza de las Tres Culturas, where pre-Hispanic vestiges, colonial architecture and modern elements converge. We will continue towards the northeast until we reach one of the most emblematic archaeological sites in the country.
10:30 a. m. Teotihuacan (entrance included) – Arrival. We will explore the ancient sacred city, declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site. We will visit the majestic Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, the temple of Quetzalpapálotl, the citadel and the Avenue of the Dead. We will also visit a craft center where we will learn about ancient techniques for making obsidian and other typical materials.
Teotihuacan – Departure, back to the capital. Before returning to Mexico City, we will make a special visit to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Patroness of America and main pilgrimage center on the continent, where we will contemplate its modern architecture and the original cloak of Lady of Guadalupe.
Return to the hotel and rest of the day free.

Mexico City - Tepoztlan - Cuernavaca - Taxco
Total distance covered: 201 km.
Scenery: We’ll travel through central Mexico, crossing fertile valleys, forested mountains, and colorful colonial towns. The route takes us through three states: Mexico City, Morelos, and Guerrero.
08:30 a.m. – Departure from Mexico City. We’ll leave the capital behind and head to the state of Morelos on a journey that blends spirituality, history, and colonial elegance.
10:00 a.m. – Tepoztlan. Arrival in this "Pueblo Mágico" (Magical town), surrounded by mountains and known for its mystical atmosphere and deep connection with nature. You’ll have time to explore the artisan market, wander along cobbled streets, or enjoy a traditional local drink like tepache or pulque. The silhouette of the Tepozteco Hill, crowned by a small pre-Hispanic pyramid (not included in the visit), dominates the landscape.
11:00 a.m. – Departure from Tepoztlan. We’ll continue toward the capital of Morelos, a city known for its spring-like climate and rich history.
11:45 a.m. – Cuernavaca. Arrival in the "City of Eternal Spring” a favorite retreat since pre-Hispanic times. You may visit the Palace of Cortés, one of the oldest colonial buildings in Mexico, and the Cuernavaca Cathedral, once part of a historic monastic complex.
Free time for lunch and to enjoy its plazas, gardens, and blooming parks.
03:00 p.m. – Departure from Cuernavaca. Our journey continues into the state of Guerrero, along mountain roads that lead us to a truly enchanting destination.
04:30 p.m. – Taxco. Arrival in what is considered one of the most beautiful "Pueblos Mágicos" in Mexico. This hillside town is famous for its colonial architecture, steep cobblestone streets, and silver craftsmanship. We’ll admire the breathtaking Santa Prisca Parish, a gem of New Spanish Baroque, and enjoy free time to stroll through the historic center, shop for silver, and soak in the bohemian ambiance of this mountain town.
Note: On certain dates, due to high hotel occupancy, accommodation may take place in Chilpancingo. In such cases, we’ll depart from Taxco later in the afternoon.

Taxco – Acapulco
Total distance covered: 243 km
Scenery: We’ll travel through the mountainous heart of the state of Guerrero, along winding roads, green hills, and deep valleys that will take us from colonial towns to the beaches of the Mexican Pacific.
9:00 a.m. – Taxco – Departure.
We’ll leave this colonial gem behind and continue our journey toward warmer, coastal lands, crossing mountain landscapes that showcase the geographic diversity of Guerrero.
1:00 p.m. – Acapulco – Arrival.
This iconic international tourist destination, which reached its fame during the 1950s and 1960s, remains a symbol of sun, sea, and Mexican joy.
You’ll have free time at one of its most popular beaches, with plenty of options to enjoy lunch by the sea, swim, and take in the beautiful scenery.
In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Fort of San Diego (entrance and guided visit included), an imposing 17th-century fortress built to defend the port from pirate attacks. Its star-shaped architecture and historical museum provide insight into the region’s maritime and military past.
After the visit, we’ll transfer to the hotel and you’ll have free time to relax.

Acapulco - Zihuatanejo
Total distance covered: 234 km.
Scenery: We’ll follow the Mexican Pacific coastline, passing through tropical jungles, mountains that descend into the sea, and small coastal villages. The route offers a vibrant blend of sunlight, lush vegetation, and ocean views.
08:30 a.m. – Departure from Acapulco. We’ll leave behind this legendary beach destination and travel north along the Pacific Coastal Highway, crossing warm and lush landscapes.
01:00 p.m. – Zihuatanejo. Arrival in this charming coastal town that still retains the soul of a traditional fishing village. With its cobbled streets, laid-back vibe, and strong connection to the sea, Zihuatanejo offers an authentic atmosphere that sets it apart from more urbanized beach locations.
We’ll enjoy a short boat ride (approximately 10 minutes) to reach Playa de las Gatas, a secluded bay known for its calm, crystal-clear waters—perfect for relaxing. Accessible only by sea, the beach takes its name from the “gatas,” a type of fish once common in the area. You’ll have free time to swim, relax, and enjoy lunch at one of the many Beachfront restaurants offering fresh seafood and local specialties.
Afterward, we’ll return by boat to Zihuatanejo, where we’ll check into our hotel.
Free time to stroll along the boardwalk, browse local handicraft shops, or simply enjoy the coastal ambiance.
Note: On high-demand dates, due to limited hotel availability, we may travel later in the afternoon to the city of Lázaro Cárdenas for overnight accommodation.

Zihuatanejo - Janitzio - Patzcuaro

Scenery: We’ll leave behind the Pacific coast and cross semi-arid regions as we enter the state of Michoacan, where the landscape transforms into green mountains, tranquil lakes, and villages steeped in Indigenous heritage.
08:30 a.m. – Departure from Zihuatanejo. We’ll begin our journey inland, traveling from the ocean toward one of the most emblematic lakes in Mexico.
12:45 p.m. – Lake Patzcuaro. We’ll board a boat for a 30-minute ride across this sacred lake, a site deeply revered in Purepecha culture and surrounded by islands and ancestral legends.
01:45 p.m. – Janitzio Island. Arrival in this iconic island in Michoacan, home to the Purepecha community that proudly preserves its traditions, including the famed butterfly-shaped fishing nets. You’ll have time to enjoy lunch at a traditional restaurant, stroll along cobbled streets, visit local artisan workshops, or, if you wish, climb to the top of the monumental statue of José María Morelos, a hero of Mexican independence, offering panoramic views of the lake.
03:45 p.m. – Departure from Janitzio. We’ll return by boat to the mainland pier.
05:45 p.m. – Patzcuaro. Arrival in one of Mexico’s most beautiful towns, where pre-Hispanic roots blend with colonial architecture. With its peaceful atmosphere, vibrant artisan markets, and deep cultural richness, Patzcuaro is a truly unforgettable destination.

Pátzcuaro- Morelia – Tlaquepaque- Guadalajara.-

Scenery: We’ll travel through the heart of western Mexico, crossing gentle hills, cultivated fields, and beautiful lakes, discovering towns rich in history and monumental cities.
8:30 a.m. – Pátzcuaro – Departure. We’ll leave this colonial gem behind and head toward one of the most important capitals in the country, passing through the characteristic landscapes of the Michoacán highlands.
9:30 a.m. – Morelia – Arrival. The capital of the state of Michoacán, Morelia is considered one of Mexico’s most beautiful cities for its impressive pink-stone architecture. Its historic center, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is filled with majestic Baroque buildings and tree-lined plazas. Highlights include its Cathedral, with its tablerado Baroque style and twin towers over 60 meters high, the Plaza de Armas, and the University of Morelia, one of the oldest in the Americas, founded in 1540. There will be free time to stroll and enjoy lunch in one of its traditional restaurants or cafés.
2:00 p.m. – Morelia – Departure. We’ll continue our journey toward Guadalajara, the capital of the state of Jalisco.
6:00 p.m. – Tlaquepaque. Before arriving in Guadalajara, we’ll stop in Tlaquepaque, one of the Pueblos Mágicos located near the city. Enjoy free time to wander through its charming streets filled with Mariachi music, live performances, artisan shops, and a wide variety of local cuisine.
8:00 p.m. – Tlaquepaque – Departure.
8:30 p.m. – Guadalajara – Arrival. We’ll arrive in one of Mexico’s most vibrant cities, the birthplace of Mariachi and Tequila. Its historic center blends colonial architecture, lively plazas, and a unique cultural atmosphere.

Guadalajara- Tequila- Guadalajara.-
Total distance covered: 140 km.
Scenery: We’ll journey through the fertile valleys of the state of Jalisco, with sweeping views of the blue agave fields—recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for their cultural significance in tequila production.
09:00 a.m. – In the morning, we’ll take a panoramic tour of Guadalajara, a city that blends modernity with deep-rooted traditions. We’ll explore its elegant historic center and admire landmarks such as the Metropolitan Cathedral, Plaza Tapatía, the traditional San Juan de Dios Market, and the impressive Hospicio Cabañas (admission included), a UNESCO World Heritage Site housing murals by José Clemente Orozco.
12:00 p.m. – Departure from Guadalajara. We’ll travel by road toward the picturesque town of Tequila, birthplace of one of Mexico’s most iconic beverages.
02:00 p.m. – Tequila. Arrival in this colorful town that preserves its traditional charm with cobbled streets, vibrant facades, and surrounding agave plantations. We’ll visit the renowned Mundo Cuervo distillery, where we’ll learn about the artisanal process of tequila production (admission and tasting included). After the visit, you’ll have time to explore the town, browse its local shops, and enjoy lunch at one of its traditional restaurants.
Note: Upon arrival in Tequila, the bus cannot enter the historic center; a walk of approximately 20 minutes will be required.
05:30 p.m. – Departure from Tequila. We’ll begin our return journey to the Jalisco capital, once again enjoying the scenic agave landscape.
07:00 p.m. – Guadalajara. Arrival with free time to continue exploring the city, do some shopping, or enjoy its lively nightlife.
Note: During high season, the distillery visit may be scheduled in the morning, in which case the order of visits will be adjusted without altering the planned content.

Guadalajara - Chihuahua
Free time in Guadalajara until your scheduled transfer to the airport for your included flight to Chihuahua. Upon arrival in Chihuahua, a representative will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy free time in the state capital, the city of Chihuahua, home to nearly one million residents. Founded in 1709 by Antonio Deza y Ulloa, the city has a rich history that includes key events of the Mexican Revolution and prominent figures such as Pancho Villa.

Chihuahua - Creel

Scenery: We will travel through the Sierra Tarahumara, a mountainous region covered in pine forests, deep valleys, and small rural communities. Along the way, we will pass through Mennonite farmlands, known for their traditional and hardworking way of life.
08:00 a.m. – Departure from Chihuahua
We will leave the state capital behind as we head into the majestic landscapes of northern Mexico, bound for the heart of the Sierra Madre Occidental. During the route, we’ll pass through agricultural areas and Mennonite communities that maintain a distinctive and austere lifestyle.
1:00 p.m. – Arrival in Creel
Located at over 2,300 meters (7,500 feet) above sea level, this Pueblo Mágico (Magical Town) is considered the gateway to the stunning Copper Canyon. With its cool mountain air, lively streets, and natural surroundings, Creel is one of the most charming destinations in the region.
After lunch (not included), we´ll take a tour of the area, discovering some of the most emblematic sites of Rarámuri culture and the local geography. We will visit Lake Arareko, a beautiful mirror-like body of water surrounded by conifer trees; the historic San Ignacio Mission, nestled in the forest; caves still inhabited by Tarahumara families who preserve their ancestral way of life; and the curious rock formations in the Valley of the Mushrooms and Frogs—natural sculptures shaped over time by wind and rain.

Creel - Divisadero
Total distance covered: 130 km.
Scenery: Today´s journey will take us through the breathtaking landscapes of the Sierra Tarahumara—deep canyons, dramatic rock formations, and forests of pine and oak. We’ll get closer to the awe-inspiring Copper Canyon region, one of Mexico’s most remarkable natural wonders.
9:00 a.m. – Departure from Creel.
We’ll take the road toward the Copper Canyon Adventure Park. Along the way, we’ll enjoy unforgettable views of the mountainous terrain and vast wilderness of the Sierra Madre Occidental.
10:30 a.m. – Arrival at Piedra Volada Adventure ParkWe will visit several key points in the area: a stunning natural viewpoint, a hang-ing bridge offering a thrilling look into the canyon depths below, and several other scenic overlooks. The park also offers a range of optional activities such as a cable car ride, zipline, ZipRider, guided hikes led by Rarámuri locals, ATV or bike rentals. These activities are not included and may be purchased directly at the ticket office.
1:30 p.m. – Lunch included. Time to enjoy the local cuisine while taking in the majestic views of the canyon.
4:00 p.m. – Guided Nature WalkWe’ll go on a guided walk through the surrounding landscape to admire new perspectives of the canyon and visit a Tarahumara cave dwelling, where we’ll learn more about this Indigenous community that has adapted to the extreme conditions of the Sierra.
7:00 p.m. – Transfer to the Hotel.

Divisadero - Chepe Express - El Fuerte

Scenery: We will pass through some of the most dramatic landscapes of the Sierra Tarahumara—towering mountains, deep canyons, winding rivers, and ever-changing vegetation. A breathtaking visual journey from beginning to end.
9:55 a.m. – Divisadero. We will board the legendary Chepe Express (tourist class), considered one of the most impressive rail journeys in the world. During the ride, we will cross 86 tunnels and 37 bridges, with spectacular views of the Copper Canyon, steep cliffs, and rugged landscapes shaped by the forces of nature.Along the way, we will pass two of the route’s most iconic landmarks: the highest bridge on the line and El Descanso Tunnel, the longest tunnel along the route. This will be an unforgettable experience for lovers of landscapes, photography, and railway history.
2:35 p.m. – Arrival at El Fuerte Station. A local driver will be waiting with a sign bearing your name to take you to your hotel (transfer included).You’ll have free time to explore this charming town in the state of Sinaloa—rich in legends and a key location during colonial times.
We recommend strolling through its beautifully preserved colonial historic center or visiting the peaceful banks of the Fuerte River, where natural and architectural beauty create the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon.

El Fuerte - Los Mochis
Free morning for independent exploration. We recommend optional activities such as a raft excursion along the Fuerte River, a visit to the ancient petroglyphs—dating back nearly 2,500 years or a cultural tour to a Mayo-Yoreme Indigenous village. This immersive experience may include a visit to a local family home, where you can witness the traditional Deer Dance and participate in preparing handmade tortillas with the hostess, followed by a tasting of regional dishes. 2:00 p.m. – Transfer from El Fuerte to Los Mochis
Enjoy a scenic one-hour drive. Upon arrival, the remainder of the afternoon is at your leisure. We suggest visiting Topolobampo Bay and the Maviri Island Gastronomic Center, where you can unwind with sun, sand, and fresh seafood. (Meals and activities not included.)
