The itinerary of Discover Europe 2.0 or Joyful Treasures of Europamundo is very satisfactorily for newbies travelling Europe! I hope it will have an “advance” version to cover also places with good food within the area of interest, stop at shopping places- although this was covered in our last leg of the trip (Rome)! Suggest to consider toilet breaks before the start and during the journey of the tour. Overall- very good experience, tour phasing and well-thought itinerary! Plus, our tour guides - Ms. Sagry is highly commendable as she provides clear instructions & considerate to elderly, she is much appreciated! 👍 And of course, the amazing (“mamma Mia”) Gabby! Well she’s the best for me! I miss her already and I look forward to seeing her on my next Europamundo trip! Last but not the least is sweet Sylvia- chance encounter her group and shezz amazing as well, I feel like she’s the best travel buddy 😉! Daily tours were starting earlier than mentioned in detailed itinerary.

Sufficient free time was available.

The trip was fine since it was our first trip I enjoyed the places.

Overall I will rate the trip 3.5 over 5. The trip did not cover most of the sight seeing places that we were really looking forward too. The trip guides moreover informed us in the BUS about the visit and we had to manage ourselves. Free food in Grindelwoods was a joke even our hotel breakfast was better.

Experience is unforgetable. It was so happy with very accomodating tour guide and driver. Hotel and food are okay. We will travel again using Europamundo

The tourist guide is so accomodating and helpful. Hotels are good and bus has comfortable seats. Package tour price is affordable. Europamundo is a good company. We will be using the company in our succeeding trips.

My experience with Europamundos tour of Europe was nothing short of extraordinary. From the picturesque landscapes of France to the majestic beauty of Switzerland and the cultural richness of Italy, every moment was a joyful treasure. The itinerary was meticulously planned, allowing us to explore each destination thoroughly while also providing ample opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment. I would recommend booking a pre-night and doing the Disney tour, as well as booking a post-night in Rome at the end of the tour, as I felt there was more to explore in Rome. Despite an unfortunate situation in Paris, where I lost my backpack with my laptop and personal belongings in the hotel lobby, the tour manager, Eric, helped log a complaint at the police station in the next city. The tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing their expertise, enhancing our understanding and appreciation of each location. I must especially commend the tour managers, Ms. Yurena and Ms. Marina, whose exceptional dedication and care truly made the journey unforgettable. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine warmth enriched our experience and left a lasting impression. Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude to the bus driver in France Mr Arturo not sure if i got his name correct. He was very kind and always greeted us with a smile. He went above and beyond by helping the elderly passengers, lending his hand to assist them in getting down from the bus. The accommodations were comfortable, and the transportation was seamless. I would highly recommend Europamundo to anyone seeking an unforgettable journey through Europe for an affordable price. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional staff truly set them apart. Thank you, Europamundo, for an adventure that will remain etched in my memories forever. The guides who conducted the tour were very friendly and did a great job of sticking to the itinerary and being flexible where needed - cheers to Yurena and Marina who were my favourites

Most liked: 1. Tour guides - shout out and kudos to Eric and Eva; well done They’re both knowledgeable and with sense of humour. Looking forward to have our next trips with them. 2. Itineraries- loved when “not so famous places” from our perspective; like Lyon is such a wonderful place; as well as Rapperswil and Neuchatel were highlighted. 3. Chosen Hotels were also good and nice. 4. Giving us other options when uncontrollable events happened like the crazy wind in Grindlewald and in Swiss Alps. Our safety comes first in lieu of the original planned itinerary. Eric handled it well despite of pressures received from other guests. 5. Duration of the actual daily tour were just right including bit not limited to our mornings call time.
