Good inclusions like boatrides Hotels were not good in some areas eg One in Paris and amsterdam was in the middle of nowhere with no restaurant nearby German Gusano was completely switched off by the end of the trip. He didnt bother about passengers, there were 8 of us waiting in the lobby and he couldnt be bothered to ask if we were waiting to go with him. He left us in the evening at Prague hotel and we had to go to the city centre by ourselves.

Europamundo caters to mostly Spanish speaking tourists. The tour bus we were in were filled with folks from Latin America. The tour guides are from Madrid so of course they prefer the Spanish speaking over the English speaking tourists. Most of the time, when the tour guides get to translate into English, we already passed the landmark that they were talking about. I just wish they could have split the group and the bus between English and Spanish speaking. It is not only the language barrier but also the culture differences that they have to consider. Also, the meeting point in Amsterdam is way too far. The tour guide could have arranged the meeting point to be in the city center. Not all tourists are tech savvy and has good orientation to go back to where the bus is parked.

overall we enjoyed the trip.the tour guides were knowledgable and organized, though some more than others.

Overall, our Europe trip was very smooth and memorable. Our guides Ana, Javier, Ivan and Nacho made it fun and exciting. Kudos also to the drivers and the tour guides.

Our Europamundo guides, particularly Anna and Javier, along with the local guides, were exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and supportive, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for despite the large number of guests. As an Asian same-sex couple, we were pleasantly surprised by their inclusive and accepting attitude. We come from a developing country and had saved up all our lives for this journey. We were not disappointed, as Europe and its people surpassed our expectations and proved to be nothing short of magical.

this is the second time i traveled with Europamundo and this time was better in the beginning but after we reach Praha in czech it was very bad the time management was so bad until Paris looks like the guide very unprofessional . i want to make a 5 stars for Mr.Kreem he is very professional person a good information and helpful . thank you . The Guides were amazing and explained everything, the local guid was a great idea. The thing that i didnt liked the group were big, some delays from the members, we visited a lot of churches which I understand its one of the country history but i get board at some points.

I must say that Julio was the best travel guide we had out of all 4. He was knowledgeable, professional and went to extra mile to accommodate everyone in our tour. The one downside was the rushing with time. There was too many things booked for one day. There was some locations were you did not have enough time to enjoy or have a meal.
