I had a very bad experience with my airport transfer from Budapest. I had paid extra but the cab never came. So I had to get a cab and pay again. I have written to Europamundo customer service but have not heard back. Please refund my money for cabs.

Hotel Albatros in Venice was the worst. Disorganized check in, room small cramped and smelled bad. Extremely small shower with inability to get warm water. It was either hot or cold. And water middle the floor less than a minute after the shower was turned on. This hotel should 1 and taken off your list of hotels.

Hotel accommodation and breakfast - No complaints. Bus and driver - Comfortable and very Proffessional. Tour guides - Organised, Knowledge, Helpful, Outstanding. Recommend Europamundo - Yes Kevin.
