With the exception of the Maxium Hotel everything was as expected

Though the trip was too exhausting due to the heat, the overall trip is still considered wonderful and very memorable.

We could not have asked for a better trip! Eva was especially amazing, going above and beyond. She was very helpful and kind, and also entertaining! At one point in the trip, our family got separated and had difficulty finding the meeting point. Eva was incredibly patient and understanding, which made a stressful situation much better! Shout out to the driver and the other tour guides as well, everyone was so kind. This was our second tour with this company, and we would definitely book again! From, the Pitre family.

It is the best trip ever. Almost everything went well. I had my dream comes true and spent so many beautiful times with lovely people and now we have beautiful memories together that will definitely be imprinted in our heart and soul. Thank you so much Europamundo

Our tour guide Racquel and driver Marco made our trip even more memorable because of the way they interacted with us and helped us throughout. We noticed that there was a parity between the hotels we were put up in and the Spanish speaking group were put up in in terms of location and quality which should not have happened.

We were pleased with how prompt in their actions and helpful our tour guide Racquel and driver Marco were. however we were not pleased with the location of the hotels we were staying a5t since they were so far away from the city we could not commute at night by ourselves. We also noticed a disparity between the type of hotels that we got and a Spanish speaking group received. their hotels were centrally located and definitely deserving of 4 stars which was not the case for us.The breakfast spread for us was quite disappointing many times we actually got very less amount of food in the morning. So I really hope this will not happen again otherwise it was a memorable trip and Europamundo played a big role in that.

ROME-FLORENCE On Day 2 Rome City Tour, we boarded the wrong bus but the tour leader Patricia from Rome and the wrong bus Spanish group tour leader did not bother to help and gave us a lot of emotional distress. Patricia was usually late by 30 minutes but on Day 4 she had no mercy for some travelers who were late by 3 minutes and she left them stranded in the middle of the highway between Rome and Florence. Patricias attitude towards English speaking travelers was totally unacceptable. FLORENCE-VENICE Fortunately from Day 5 onwards Marcia Cruz from Portugal took over and she was amazing and caring.
