With the exception of the Maxium Hotel everything was as expected

I am a pensioner and was to a get a discount.I did not receive to date. The Hotel Maxim needs to be upgraded. The lifts were not working making it difficult to move luggage.

Though the trip was too exhausting due to the heat, the overall trip is still considered wonderful and very memorable.

We could not have asked for a better trip! Eva was especially amazing, going above and beyond. She was very helpful and kind, and also entertaining! At one point in the trip, our family got separated and had difficulty finding the meeting point. Eva was incredibly patient and understanding, which made a stressful situation much better! Shout out to the driver and the other tour guides as well, everyone was so kind. This was our second tour with this company, and we would definitely book again! From, the Pitre family.

It is the best trip ever. Almost everything went well. I had my dream comes true and spent so many beautiful times with lovely people and now we have beautiful memories together that will definitely be imprinted in our heart and soul. Thank you so much Europamundo

Overall good. Clean hotels, Very good breakfast, Excellent buses. Very friendly guides, but many improvements possible. For example, on day 1, guide was late by 20 min, we got 40 min at Colosseum which is enough but Roman Forum was not mentioned and we could not see even from outside. Bus did not go from the outside of Victoria Emmanuel monument which we missed to see; guide did not appear to know about it when we asked. No time was given to see St. Basilica Basilica which we completely missed to see. Upon arrival at 11.30 am we still had one hour and guide could have asked us to go on our own. We left us in a cafe, so we stayed there till 12.30pm. After Vatican museum we though we will exit from Basilica, but he took us on the walking tour of Baroque Rome. WE saw then long queues outisde basilica. He could have given us half hour at least through skip the line. In fact, he did not mention that St. Peter’s Basilica is a part of programme. Very disappointed. But it is our fault also, because we did not ask. Except this, rest of the tour ok. At Florence too guide did not mention closing time of cathedral, so we missed it when we went to see it after a late lunch. Same at Venice-local guide did not mention that cathedral will close, so when we went we could not enter. Thus we missed all 3 cathedrals St. Peters, Florence and Venice.

Our tour guide Racquel and driver Marco made our trip even more memorable because of the way they interacted with us and helped us throughout. We noticed that there was a parity between the hotels we were put up in and the Spanish speaking group were put up in in terms of location and quality which should not have happened.

We were pleased with how prompt in their actions and helpful our tour guide Racquel and driver Marco were. however we were not pleased with the location of the hotels we were staying a5t since they were so far away from the city we could not commute at night by ourselves. We also noticed a disparity between the type of hotels that we got and a Spanish speaking group received. their hotels were centrally located and definitely deserving of 4 stars which was not the case for us.The breakfast spread for us was quite disappointing many times we actually got very less amount of food in the morning. So I really hope this will not happen again otherwise it was a memorable trip and Europamundo played a big role in that.
